Our staff has been carefully selected. Each staff member must pass a background check every year our license is renewed. Our Director and lead teachers are trained in Early Childhood Development and meet specific requirements of the State of Michigan. The teaching staff attends workshops, conferences and in-service sessions routinely. In addition, our teachers have experience being a mom and have numerous years of lessons learned “on the job”. All staff are required to have current CPR, First aid, and Universal Precautions training.
